Mint Julip

  • 2 oz. bourbon
  • 1/2 oz. simple syrup
  • 8-10 mint leaves
  • Crushed ice
  • Garnish: mint sprig

Directions: In a silver julep cup or rocks glass, muddle mint leaves with simple syrup. Fill glass with crushed ice and add bourbon. Stir to combine. Garnish with a mint sprig.
