Mai Tai

  • 1 1/2 oz dark rum
  • 1 oz white rum
  • 1 oz lime juice
  • 1/2 oz orange curaçao
  • 1/2 oz orgeat syrup
  • Pineapple wedge and mint sprig for garnish

Directions: Fill a shaker with ice. Add dark rum, white rum, lime juice, orange curaçao, and orgeat syrup. Shake well and strain into a glass filled with crushed ice. Garnish with a pineapple wedge and mint sprig.
